We begin with a comprehensive Nutrition Assessment to determine if the program aligns with your needs and goals. This initial assessment helps us understand your current health, lifestyle, and specific objectives so we can ensure that KainPo is the right fit for you.

Can I still join if I have dietary restrictions or specific health concerns?

Absolutely. Our team has experience working with a range of dietary needs and health conditions. We’ll make sure your plan supports your health fully.

How much time does this program require?

Program duration is 3 months, with 30-minute coaching calls every 2 weeks. There are nutrition-related exercises and tasks every 1 - 2 weeks, which may take about 15 - 30 minutes to finish, except for meal prepping exercises that may take up longer time (case-to-case basis).

What if I get busy during the program?

We understand that life can get hectic. That’s why the KainPo program is designed to be flexible and adaptable to your schedule. If things get busy, your coach will work with you to adjust your plan and find practical ways to stay on track, even on your busiest days. Plus, with daily chat support and flexible resources, you’ll have the guidance you need to keep making progress, no matter what life throws your way.
